Individual therapy is a space for you to explore who you are, beyond what you survive, perform, or carry for others. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, relational patterns, sexuality, trauma, or life transitions, our work together is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and growth to help you explore all parts of yourself.

  • Individual therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Drawing from evidence-based practices (like Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-informed work) while centering your lived experience and values. This is your space to:

    • Clarify what’s meaningful to you

    • Understand patterns that keep you stuck

    • Strengthen emotional awareness and regulation

    • Heal wounds from past relationships, identity traumas, or discrimination

    • Build resilience and a more integrated sense of self

  • This work is for anyone ready to deepen self-understanding and create change that feels authentic, and especially for queer and LGBTQ+ individuals who want a space where their identity is understood, not explained. People come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unseen, or simply curious about themselves. Many leave feeling more grounded, self-compassionate, and empowered.

  • Our first few sessions focus on getting to know your story and unconvering your intentions for therapy. We uncover what you want to move toward and what might be in the way. From there, we co-create a path that balances insight with action. You set the pace; I help you navigate it with clarity and care.

  • Change is a process filled with validation, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than "fixing" you, therapy is about understanding the patterns that have been holding you back and growing into new ones that help you flourish. We continuously honour all parts of your story, and together, begin to write a new chapter that feels true to you.

  • 50-minute sessions are available both in-person and virtually at $120 (+GST) per session.
